Returns & Exchanges

COVID-19 update: to accommodate the challenges caused by COVID-19, we have extended the return ship policy by 15 days.  We ask that you continue to initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order but the products do not have to be received by us for 45 days after the date of purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of unworn items. 


Return Policy (U.S. and International)

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated by submitting a request through your account or as a guest. Merchandise returned without a return/exchange request will not be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase and items must be received by MOUSSY within 30 days from the date of purchase, barring any customs-related delays. 
  • All returned items must be in their new and original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA Request ID.  An RMA Request ID will be issued when you initiate a return. 
  • Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.  
  • Any costs, including customs duties and taxes, incurred as a result of a failure to follow the instructions provided will be deducted from the refund amount.


Returns/Exchanges within the United States

  • Initiate a Return/Exchange
    • If you have an account, login here. Select the order number and complete the return form.  For exchanges, indicate the style number, color, and size you’d like to receive on the return form. 
    • If you checked out as “guest”, click here. Complete the RMA and return forms.  For exchanges, indicate the style number, color, and size you’d like to receive on the return form.
  • Select Shipping Method
    • Prepaid shipping label (UPS): use the prepaid shipping label emailed to you after you complete the form(s).  Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location or schedule a pickup online or by calling 1-800-742-5877.  Please note a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Package the Item(s)
    • If you are using our prepaid shipping label, you may use the original shipping box or pick-up a new one at your nearest UPS location.
  • Receive a Refund
    • You may choose to receive your refund in the original form of payment or as store credit.
    • Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days. 
    • Refunds in the original form of payment may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.  If you do not receive your refund after 10 days, our customer service team will gladly assist you.
    • Refunds as store credit will be reflected on your MOUSSY Online account immediately after being processed.  Store credit refunds must be made to the same account used for the original purchase. 


International Returns/Exchanges

  • Initiate a Return/Exchange
    • If you have an account, login here. Select the order number and complete the return form.  For exchanges, indicate the style number, color, and size you’d like to receive on the return form. 
    • If you checked out as “guest”, click here. Complete the RMA and return forms.  For exchanges, indicate the style number, color, and size you’d like to receive on the return form. 
  • Select Shipping Method
    • At this time, we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label for international returns. Please use a carrier of your choice to ship the goods. 
    • Please note we are unable to provide a refund for any lost packages shipped without tracking.
  • Package the Item(s)
    • Securely package the item(s) with the original invoice you received with your shipment or a printed copy of the confirmation email. 
  • Receive a Refund/Exchange
    • You may choose to receive your refund in the original form of payment or as store credit.
    • Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days. 
    • Refunds in the original form of payment may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.  If you do not receive your refund after 10 days, our customer service team will gladly assist you.

Free Size Exchange for Jeans (U.S. Only)

  • Size exchanges for jeans are free!  Follow the instructions above to initiate an exchange and select prepaid shipping label for the shipping method. 
  • Alternatively, you may bring the jeans to our NYC flagship and our retail team will help you find the perfect fit.
