The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the boutique, while also achieving personal sales goals. The Key Holder helps to maintain a client-focused business.
Responsibilities
Selling & Client Service
• Exhibit a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Handle complex customer situations.
• Drive sales on the floor.
• Represent the store’s service values and standards.
Daily Operations
• Take ownership and responsibility of any area of the store when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge and compliance with company policies and procedures, including store safety standards.
• Work with managers to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and client-centric store operation.
• Maintain visual standards and esthetic.
• Partner with managers to oversee timely and compliant completion of all daily routines, including opening, closing, banking, schedules and other procedures.
• Ensure selling floor, stockroom and front are maintained with proper supplies, are organized and clean.
• Supervise enforcement of proper cash handling and adherence to loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
• At least 2-3 years of retail experience
• Passion for customer service, styling and product
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales
• Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Keen sense of detail and highly organized
