Shipping and Return Policy
We typically ship within 2-3 business days, but there may be minor delays as we have enhanced health and safety measures to protect our team from COVID-19.
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
Our shipping cost to Canada is not inclusive of any import duties and/or taxes.
If you are unhappy with your order, please initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your package and ship out your return items within 14 days of the return request.
To initiate a U.S. return, click here. Enter the five-digit order number on the order confirmation email and the email address associated with your order.

Items being returned must be in their new and original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Pierced earrings, hosiery, undergarments, swimwear, face masks, and face mask filters are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Once we receive and process your return items, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will exclude $7.00 for your return and the initial delivery cost. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account depending on your financial institution.
We currently offer size exchanges, subject to inventory availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please return the item you don't wish to keep for a refund and then place a new order for the item that you would like instead.
