Shipping and Return Policy
We typically ship within 2-3 business days, but there may be minor delays as we have enhanced health and safety measures to protect our team from COVID-19.
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
Our shipping cost to Canada is not inclusive of any import duties and/or taxes.
If you are unhappy with your order, please initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your package and ship out your return items within 14 days of the return request.

To initiate a return from Canada, email customercare@moussy-global.com.
Items being returned must be in their new and original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Pierced earrings, hosiery, undergarments, swimwear, face masks, and face mask filters are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
The Instant Refund voucher is a temporary store credit that you can use to shop our website until a refund is issued to your original form of payment. It gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.
The voucher amount will be equal to the value of your returns.
If you do not use the Instant Refund voucher, you will be refunded in the original form of payment when we receive and process your return.
Once we receive and process your return items, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will exclude
$7.00 for your return
and the initial delivery cost. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account depending on your financial institution.
