MOUSSY is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of moussy-global.com. The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for uploading all products to the site and take ownership of site maintenance. This is an entry-level role based in New York with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Manage initial set up of products in Apparel Magic and upload products to moussy-global.com
• Create simple product descriptions
• Manipulate product data using Excel
• Conduct regular audits to identify errors and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Ensure products are uploaded to the site in a timely manner based on business needs
• Upload assets, tag products, and create collections to execute merchandising, markdown, and promotion strategies
• Update social media accounts with content and interact with users to increase engagement
• Support all areas of e-commerce and digital operations as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 months of e-commerce/digital experience
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Experience with Shopify and ERP systems preferred
• Fashion experience a plus but not required
MOUSSY is seeking a reliable Wholesale Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its Wholesale department. The Wholesale Assistant will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipments and work closely with external partners and wholesale clients. This role is based in New York with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Liaise with warehouse partner to facilitate inbound and outbound shipments
• Create and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipment updates to clients
• Track and monitor payment information to ensure all shipments are paid for
• Input data into spreadsheets, internal systems, and external platforms and ensure accuracy of data
• Manage data and file uploads to internal and external platforms
• Manage EDI data for major retailers
• Review end of month aging report to identify financial risks and submit claims as necessary
• Maintain monthly commission report for accurate and timely payment of commission to sales agents
• Monitor weekly retailer performance and provide sales report and analysis
• Assist with lookbook shoots
• Create product knowledge decks
• Coordinate and track samples
• Provide additional support to the Wholesale team as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of Wholesale experience
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Experience with Apparel Magic a plus

Responsibilities
