Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, please initiate a return and ship out your items within 30 days of receiving your package.

 

To initiate a U.S. return, click here.  Enter the five-digit order number on the order confirmation email and the email address associated with your order.  

Items being returned must be in their new and original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns or exchanges.  

Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Once refunded, please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing can vary depending on your financial organization.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will exclude $10.00 for your return and the initial delivery cost.   

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges, subject to inventory availability.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please return the item you don't wish to keep for a refund and then place a new order for the item that you would like instead.
